Usage: sqwmsq_BackupDatabase.ksh [-h] -S <FreeTdsAlias> -D <databasename> [+ options] DESCRIPTION sqwmsq_BackupDatabase.ksh backup the database PARAMETERS -S Instance : Target instance (freeTds alias) for backup. -D databasename : Target database. OPTIONS -SHR share_name : Name of share (by default sauvegarde-00$). -REP : Insert into repeat file on error. -NS Nb stripe : Force number of stripe. -HI Nb_Generations : Number of generations to keep (by default 2). -SMS SizeMax : Size Max Stripe (default 40000 Mo). -Type type : Type of backup full,diff,log (defaut full). -NoMail : Desactivate sendmail on error dba (by default, send on error). -h help : Display the full usage. -Exec : Execute commands (default, display generated commands)

If you are connecting through a terminal, no mail will be sent and you will have more this kind of message:
No send mail because you are in connected mode !!! Lack 'FreeTdsAlias' parameter
If you are not connected to a terminal, the error message appears and is sent by mail to the address contained in the variable $gvsqw_GlobalMail (See help customize this variable). The subject line will always start by "$gvsqw_MailMsg_mssql : " (See help customize this variable).
