You can replace the file in $gvsqw_OraBin/../tools/sqwora_SetEnv_profile.ksh

by $gvsqw_OraBin/../tools_cust/sqwora_SetEnv_profile.ksh for all your environnement
or by $HOME/edtConfig/sqwora_SetEnv_profile.ksh specifically for this user .
