sqwpg_ArchiveXlog.ksh for archive xlog/wal
SUPPORT

PARAMETERS
-I instance : Target instance.

-h : Display the full usage.
-s : Display samples of usage.
-f filename : Absolute filename of xlog/wal to archive.
