   sqwmsq_RunJob.ksh run script corresponding to the action parameter

PARAMETERS
     -I  instance       : Target instance for action (or 'SQWareCentral').
     -A  action         : Action to execute.

     -h   help          : Display the full usage.
     -s                 : Display samples of usage.
