Usage: sqwing_RefreshAllDatabases.ksh [-h] -I instance -IS instance -US hostname [+ options]

DESCRIPTION
   sqwing_RefreshAllDatabases.ksh databases refresh in parallel
SUPPORT
   Ingres supported versions: v=2.6

PARAMETERS
     -I  instance       : Target instance to database refresh.
     -IS instance       : Instance source of the export.
     -US hostname       : Source hostname.
OPTIONS
     -ID  listdb        : List of databases to run database refresh (by default all).
     -ED  listdb        : List of databases to exclude database refresh.
     -UUS  username     : Source unix user (by default, same as target).
     -P  Nb threads     : Number of threads in parallel (by default 2).
     -AGR  Nb sec       : Nb of seconds between two runs (by default 1s).
     -AGE  Nb sec       : Nb of seconds between two checks of end (by default 1s).
     -AddMail email     : Email address to add at 'pmexpdba@gmail.com'.
     -SendReport        : Send execution log report.
     -NoMail            : Deactivate sendmail on error to pmexpdba@gmail.com (by default, send on error).
     -Locale   locale   : Force Locale for help display (fr,en).
     -h  help           : Display the full usage.
     -s                 : Display samples of usage.
     -FRT  return_code  : Force return code value on error.
     -Exec              : Execute commands (default, display generated commands)
